Counseling for Depression

Depression is far more common than most people realize. Most don’t understand that it is a medical condition rather than a failure of character, and much needless suffering occurs as a result.

The good news is that depression is highly amenable to treatment and can usually be improved through changes in how you talk to yourself and how you take care of yourself.
The way back to health from depression may not be easy, but it’s fairly simple. If you get a few fundamental principles of self-care right, you can greatly reduce your susceptibility to future depressive episodes. We know a lot now about how to deal with depression, and I am happy to share that information with you. You don’t need to suffer any more.
