Counseling for Grief/Bereavement

Bereavement may be one of the most misunderstood experiences we have. We’ll all experience it at some point, we’ll all have our breath taken away by the pain, and we’ll all fear that it could become an emotional bottomless pit from which we’ll never escape. 

Bereavement is a universal human experience, yet many of us go through it feeling alone and broken, as if there is something wrong with us for not being more resilient. Facing into grief is painful but necessary, and there are ways to go about it that assure a better healing process along the way.
