Counseling for Low Self-Esteem

Low self-esteem is that nagging belief that you’re not very important or valuable, and that your needs don’t matter.  No matter how much you accomplish, you just never feel like you’ve earned access to the world everyone else shares.

But what if your beliefs are unfounded and you just don’t know it? What if you’re living a life of less simply because you believe that is your destiny, when a much more fulfilling life is actually available to you? Most people are living below their capacity these days, but it doesn’t have to be that way. At least, it doesn’t have to be that way for you. Therapy can help you discover what you’ve been missing all along.
